Shipping is available Worldwide.

Please allow approximately:

  • 7-10 days for delivery within Australia and New Zealand
  • 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world

All prints are inspected for quality control and packed with great care in a high strength Art Tube. These are tried and tested to withstand the toughest of handling; they are 2mm PVC and will ensure you receive your fine art print in perfect condition*.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We recommend you check information on customs duty in your country prior to purchase.

Returns

As each print is made to order we do not offer a refund or exchange policy.

All prints are inspected for quality control and packed with great care in a high strength Art Tube (See Shipping). We suggest not handling your print at all and delivering it unopened to your framer for immediate framing. This reduces the risk of damage once you have received the print.

*Damages in transit

The utmost care is taken when the print is packed and shipped. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier (as they are liable) to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Framing

Custom framing is only available within New Zealand.

These frames feature:

Framing – Overseas Buyers

It is more economical for you to frame your print with your local framer once received. For this reason, and the added shipping cost, our framed prints are not available outside of NZ.
